If the space inside the bag is transitory and only exists when the bag is open then when you open the bag the space inside becomes part of the plane you're on and is now 10 feet away from where you cast the spell so the Glyph ends.If the space inside of the bag is connected to your current plane, then when you move 10 feet in the Prime Material plane, the space moves with you and thus the spell will end when you move 10 feet.If the space inside of the bag is another plane, then it's over 10 feet away.If you cast the spell on a book, and throw it in a Bag of Holding, the spell will still end, regardless of how you think about it. If you cast it on a book, and the book moves 10 feet from where you cast it, it ends. Let's use casting it on a book for an example. It is 10 feet from where you cast the spell, not 10 feet relative to something else such as a Bag of Holding that is nearby. If the surface or object is moved more than 10 feet from where you cast this spell, the glyph is broken, and the spell ends without being triggered.
